Our global earth-related teaching ideas have now been introduced to the International Council for Associations for Science Education (ICASE), the Association of Geoscientists for International Development (AGID), the members of the European Geosciences Union (EGU) sub-committee on Education and lots of other interested organisations.
The editor of 'Earth Science Ireland' has also expressed interest in ELI and has accepted an article for publication in the autumn issue.
Please help us to contact as many teachers or teacher-trainers across the world as possible. More activities will be published soon.

This looks like a great initiative. I have sent the details to the Vice Presidents of AGID as under our policy of 'decentralising'the organisation they are in the best position to circulate the idea
and target suitable recipients within their regions.
We are trying to set up our own modest IYPE project to produce simple leaflets in vernacular languages for free distribution to schools in deprived rural areas of several low-income countries in Africa and Asia. Translating the text of some of your learning ideas for teachers in such deprived areas might be a logical extension, or even form the core, of our hoped-for modest project but I will test out reaction with some of those assisting with our project (still in gestation) and
get back to you.
